Our house is nestled along West Center Rd, which is a public country road and well maintained by the town of Otis. Portions of the road are single lane and unpaved, but again are well-maintained. You can reach the house from either the east, via the town of Otis where Hwy 8 and 23 meet, or from the west from Tyringham Rd near the junction with Hwy 23.

In winter in the Berkshires, snowy weather can come quickly and often. The towns do their best to keep the roads clear, and we do our best to keep our driveway plowed and entry clear. But that said, it is after all winter in the Berkshire Mountains and AWD vehicles are always a safer bet.
